• Shipping & Delivery

• At this time, 4 Star Tools standard item pricing marked as "delivered" or indicated as "price includes shipping" only applys to locations in the U.S. 48 states which have normal delivery access not requiring special services by the customer.  For the price listed, it is the responsibility of the customer to be able to unload the shipment when delivered to their location, either by hand or by forklift or loading dock provided at the customer's location.  The trucking company is not required to provide additional services unless these services have been previously ordered through 4 Star Tools at the time of purchase. 

  Items can be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, most U.S. Territories, Canada, most locations in Mexico, and most other locations world wide.  Additional shipping cost, and terms will be quoted for these locations.

  The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

   




• International

• Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.
  
  Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. 4 Star Tools is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.

  The prices listed on our website only include shipping to a U.S. domestic location; please request a shipping quote for locations outside the U.S. 48 states including international locations.  Equipment can normally be shipped either by air freight or ocean freight; please specify which service when requesting a freight quote.  Delivery time on air freight shipments are using approximately 10 days.  Delivery time on ocean freight shipments are usually 40 days.




• Sales Tax

• 4 Star Tools charges sales tax for merchandise shipped to the state of Arizona only at this time.  Arizona Residents Only, will be charged 8.7 percent sales tax on the purchase price.




• Return Policy

• Return/Refund Policy:  You may returned damaged or defective merchandise within 10 days of the original purchase date for a full refund minus shipping charges.  We will also be glad to exchange the damaged merchandise for anything on our site of equal or lesser value.  

  We will only issue a refund to the credit card used at the time of checkout.  To initiate a refund or exchange, please e-mail us at sales@4startools.com with the order details and reason for the refund request or exchange.
